Which booking options are available?
Choose Solo for one player, Team for two players, or Group for 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 players. Playing teams always contain two people. Solo players are paired by the arcade; group players are divided into pairs in registration order. Teammate and session allocation are arranged after booking.
How is the registration fee calculated?
The fee is ₹800 per player: ₹800 for Solo, ₹1,600 for a Team, and ₹800 multiplied by the selected player count for a Group. One UPI payment covers the entire registration.
How does payment work?
Enter the details of every registered player first. Razorpay then handles UPI payment. On supported devices, checkout offers an app hand-off or UPI QR. We confirm the booking only when the server verifies captured payment.
What if the amount is debited but I see no confirmation?
Do not pay again immediately. Use “Check payment status” or reopen this page in the same browser. Keep your booking reference and payment receipt, and contact the arcade if it remains pending.
What are the age and guardian requirements?
Player 1 is the primary player and booking contact and must be at least 18. Other players must be at least 13. The primary player must be authorised to register all participants. Guardian authorisation is required for every player under 18.
Do I need VR experience?
No prior VR experience is required. Attend the pre-game briefing, follow staff instructions and wear comfortable clothes with closed-toe shoes. The venue’s final safety and age policies apply.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
The cancellation and refund policy must be approved and published before bookings open.
